Stretch film, also known as stretch film and heat shrinkable film, is the earliest in China to use PVC as the base material, DOA as a plasticizer and self-adhesive to produce PVC stretch film. Due to environmental protection problems, high cost (relatively large proportion of PE, less unit packaging area), poor stretchability, etc., when the domestic production of PE stretch film began in 1994~1995, it was gradually eliminated. PE stretch film first used EVA as a self-adhesive material, but its cost is high, and it has a taste, and then developed PIB and VLDPE as self-adhesive materials, and the substrate is mainly LLDPE, including C4, C6, C8 and metallocene PE (MPE).
