1. Sealed package
This type of packaging is similar to shrink wrap, where the film wraps around the tray and then two heat grippers heat seal the film at both ends. This was the earliest form of use of stretch film, and more packaging forms were developed from this
2. Full width packing
This kind of packaging requires the film width to be wide enough to cover the tray, and the shape of the tray is regular, so it is suitable for using it, and the suitable film thickness is 17~35μm
3. Hand packing
This type of packaging is the simplest of stretch film packaging, the film is packed on a rack or by hand, turned by the tray or the film is turned around the pallet. It is mainly used for repacking after the broken pallet of the wrapped pallet and ordinary pallet packaging. This kind of packaging speed is slow, and the suitable film thickness is 15~20μm;
4. Stretch film wrapping machine packing
This is the most common and widespread form of mechanical packaging, which consists of a tray rotating or a film rotating around a pallet, and the film is fixed on a stand and can be moved up and down. This packing capacity is very large, about 15~18 pallets per hour. The suitable film thickness is about 15~25μm;
5. Horizontal mechanical packaging
Different from other packaging, the film revolves around the item, which is suitable for long cargo packaging, such as carpets, boards, fiberboards, special-shaped materials, etc.;
6. Packing of paper tubes
This is one of the latest uses of stretch film, which is better than the old stretch wrap for carton packaging. The suitable film thickness is 30~120μm;
7. Packaging of small items
This is the latest form of packaging for stretch film, which can reduce both material consumption and pallet storage space, and in foreign countries, this packaging was first introduced in 1984, and just a year later, many such packaging appeared on the market, and this packaging form has great potential. Suitable for film thickness of 15~30μm;
8. Packing of tubes and cables
This is an example of the application of stretch film in a special field, where the packaging equipment is installed at the end of the production line, and the fully automatic stretch film can both replace the tape to bind the material and act as a protective effect. The applicable thickness is 15~30μm.
