PP material

PVC material
The characteristics of the protective sticker are that it has a soft texture and is easy to paste, but this material is relatively thick and the light transmittance is not good, which makes the screen look hazy. Tearing off will also leave an imprint of glue on the screen. At the same time, this material is also more prone to yellowing and oiliness with the change of temperature, and the service life is relatively short. (You can't see it on the market anymore)
A modified version of PVC
The improved protective film made of PVC material solves the previous problems of heavy and poor light transmittance. But it still hasn't solved the problem of easy yellowing and oil, and PVC material does not have the ability to resist scratches, and there will be obvious scratches on the protective film after using it for a period of time, which affects the display effect of the screen and the overall aesthetics of the mobile phone. In addition, PVC itself is a toxic material containing heavy metal components, and the use of PVC has been completely stopped in Europe. This PVC improved version of the screen protector is widely sold on the market, and the price of this protective film is cheap, generally around 10 yuan. PET material
The protective film is the most common kind of protective tape on the market, and these three layers of PET protective film are used for mobile phones and tablets. The chemical name is polyester film. It is characterized by a hard texture, more scratch-resistant, and will not turn yellow and oil like PVC material after long-term use. However, the protective film of PET generally relies on electrostatic adsorption, which is relatively easy to foam and fall off, but even if it falls off, it can be reused after washing it in clean water. The price of PET protective film is much more expensive than that of PVC. The workmanship and packaging of PET material protection stickers are more exquisite, and there are protective stickers specially customized for hot-bought mobile phone models, which can be used directly without cutting.
AR material
Protectors are one of the best known screen protectors on the market. AR is a synthetic material, which is generally divided into three layers, silicone is the adsorption layer, PET is the middle layer, and the outer layer is a special treatment layer. The special treatment layer is generally divided into two types, AG treatment layer and HC treatment layer, AG is anti-glare treatment, and the frosted protective film is used in this treatment. HC is a hardness treatment and is a treatment method used for highly transmittance protective films. This screen protector is characterized by its non-reflective screen and high light transmittance (more than 95%), which will not affect the display effect of the screen. The price is more expensive than PET material.
PE material
The main raw material is LLDPE, which is relatively soft and has a certain stretchability. The general thickness is 0.05mm-0.15mm, and its viscosity varies from 5g-500g according to different requirements (the viscosity is divided differently at home and abroad, for example, 200 grams of korean film is equivalent to about 80 grams in china). The protective film project of PE material is divided into electrostatic film, anilox film, etc. Electrostatic film is a kind of protective film with electrostatic adsorption as the adhesive force, which is completely free of glue, of course, the viscosity is relatively weak, and it is mainly used in surface protection such as electroplating. Anilox film is a kind of protective film with many grids on the surface, which has better air permeability and beautiful pasting effect, unlike plain film that will leave bubbles.
OPP material
The protective film is relatively close to the PET protective film from the appearance, its hardness is large, and there is a certain flame retardant, but its paste use effect is poor, and it is rarely used in the general market.
OCA material
The protective film is no different from other materials in appearance, but the protective film of OCA material is produced in Japan, which is now the most used in Apple mobile phones, and its brightness and hardness are better than other materials, so OCA is now the most popular material for mobile phone protective film.
